Service: MirrAi Coach (the "Service"), an online AI‑powered coaching chat session, available at our website.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing or using MirrAi Coach, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MirrAi Coach is a digital, AI‑powered coaching service that assists Users in identifying a direction of action and an initial step toward achieving their goals through a single, continuous chat session with an AI coach. At the conclusion of each session, the User will receive a written summary. Sessions continue at the User's discretion, with no fixed time limit or message cap.
Each session is provided on a per‑session basis at a fee of USD 10, payable in full before the session begins.
Purchase of a session does not create any recurring subscription. To access additional sessions, the User must make separate purchases and agree to the then‑current Terms of Service.
A binding contract is formed when the User selects the "Purchase" (or equivalent) option, successfully completes payment, and receives confirmation of payment and access to the Service.
The User expressly consents to immediate provision of the Service upon payment and acknowledges that once a session has commenced or the summary has been delivered, the Service has been fully performed. Accordingly, the User waives any right to cancellation or refund, except as set forth in our Refund Policy.
Users must register or log in with a valid email address to access the Service. We employ a passwordless authentication system: upon entering an email, the User receives a single-use "magic link" via email, which grants access when clicked. Users must not share their magic link with anyone.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their email accounts. Any access to MirrAi Coach using a valid magic link is deemed authorized by the User. Users must notify us without undue delay at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorized use or compromise of their email or magic link. We reserve the right to suspend or disable access pending investigation of any suspected breach.
Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By registering, Users represent and warrant that they meet this requirement. MirrAi Coach does not knowingly permit use by minors. We may, at our discretion, request age verification if necessary.
MirrAi Coach is offered globally but is operated from the United Kingdom. Users accessing the Service from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with their local laws and regulations. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available or appropriate in every jurisdiction, and MirrAi Chat LTD shall not be liable for any failure by the User to comply with applicable local rules.
All payments for the Service are processed securely through Stripe, our third‑party payment processor (https://stripe.com/terms). Stripe adheres to industry‑recognized security standards (including PCI DSS). By initiating a session purchase, the User agrees to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
The USD 10 session fee (exclusive of any applicable taxes) must be paid in full before the session begins. The session will commence only after Stripe confirms successful payment.
MirrAi Chat LTD does not store full credit or debit card details. Stripe handles all payment details. We may receive from Stripe and store limited transaction information (such as transaction IDs, email addresses, and Stripe customer IDs) solely for record‑keeping and to facilitate refunds or billing inquiries.
Stripe will issue an electronic receipt to the User in accordance with Stripe's policies. MirrAi Chat LTD is not responsible for delivery of payment receipts; Users may access or request their receipts directly from Stripe.
All fees are exclusive of taxes. If any taxes (including VAT) apply to the session fee under applicable law, such taxes will be added and displayed at checkout.
The fee for each session is as stated at the time of purchase. MirrAi Chat LTD reserves the right to modify session pricing or offer promotions for future sessions; any changes will not affect sessions already paid for.
Users warrant that all information they provide to MirrAi Chat LTD is truthful, accurate, and belongs to them. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
The Service is intended solely for the personal, non‑commercial use of the User. Users may not resell, redistribute, or exploit the Service or any content received through it for any commercial purpose without MirrAi Chat LTD's prior written consent.
Users agree not to, and not to attempt to, directly or indirectly:
MirrAi Chat LTD reserves the right to monitor User content and activity for compliance. If MirrAi, in its sole discretion, determines that a User has violated any part of these Terms, MirrAi may remove any non‑compliant content and suspend or terminate the User's access immediately, without notice or refund.
Users acknowledge that the Service uses Google Gemini via API for AI responses. All interactions must comply with Google Gemini's Acceptable Use Policy (https://cloud.google.com/terms/aup). Users must not intentionally prompt the AI to produce disallowed content (e.g., extremely violent, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise prohibited material). MirrAi reserves the right to terminate or suspend any session that grossly violates these standards, without refund.
The Service is not designed for use in emergency or high‑risk situations (such as medical crises, legal emergencies, or severe mental health issues). Users must not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional, real‑time advice or emergency services. In case of an emergency, Users should seek appropriate qualified assistance.
The Service provides AI‑generated coaching‑style suggestions solely to assist Users in identifying a direction of action and an initial step toward their goals. The content is for general informational and self‑reflection purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Users should not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice. If Users require such advice, they must consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
MirrAi Chat LTD does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of any AI‑generated content. The AI may produce information that is outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Users use the content at their own risk.
Users are solely responsible for any actions taken or decisions made based on the Service. MirrAi Chat LTD disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
The effectiveness of an AI coaching session will vary among Users. MirrAi Chat LTD makes no representations or warranties that the Service will meet any User's specific goals or expectations. Users may or may not find the session helpful, and results depend on individual factors, including personal circumstances and manner of interaction.
Users acknowledge that MirrAi Coach is an evolving, AI‑driven minimum viable product. The Service may experience technical glitches, interruptions, or performance variations. MirrAi Chat LTD reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice and without liability.
MirrAi Chat LTD values User feedback. If Users are dissatisfied or have suggestions for improvement, they are encouraged to submit feedback via the post-session feedback form or by contacting [email protected]. While MirrAi cannot guarantee specific changes, User input helps guide future Service enhancements.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the MirrAi Coach Service and all content provided by MirrAi Chat LTD or its licensors (including, without limitation, website design, software code, AI models licensed from third parties such as Google, algorithms, trademarks, trade names, logos, domain names, and the selection and arrangement of all service content) are the exclusive property of MirrAi Chat LTD or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose under these Terms; no ownership rights are conveyed.
Users retain all rights, title, and interest in the text and other materials they input into the Service, as well as the written session summaries generated for them. MirrAi Chat LTD makes no claim of ownership over unique User inputs or summaries. Such content is considered confidential and will not be published or shared without the User's prior consent, except as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
By submitting User Content, Users grant MirrAi Chat LTD a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, revocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service, including transmitting content to and from third‑party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini API) and for internal analytics and improvement of the Service. MirrAi Chat LTD will not use User Content for any other purpose or publish it externally without User consent.
Users agree not to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any MirrAi Chat LTD intellectual property, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written permission from MirrAi Chat LTD. Any automated extraction (e.g., scraping) of content, reverse engineering, or decompilation of service code or models is strictly prohibited.
The Service may process or generate content that includes third‑party copyrighted material. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any third‑party content they input. MirrAi Chat LTD is not liable for User misuse of third‑party intellectual property. If Users believe any content infringes their rights, they should contact MirrAi Chat LTD to request removal.
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions provided by Users regarding the Service (including but not limited to feature requests, enhancements, or improvements) shall become the exclusive property of MirrAi Chat LTD. MirrAi Chat LTD may use, adapt, or incorporate such feedback into the Service or any other products or services without any compensation to the User.
Users may cease using the Service at any time. To delete their account or request removal of their personal data, Users may contact MirrAi Chat LTD at [email protected]. Account deletion requests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
MirrAi Chat LTD may suspend or terminate a User's access to the Service immediately and without notice if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the User has:

MirrAi Chat LTD reserves the right to discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. If the Service is discontinued, MirrAi will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Users in advance. Users who have prepaid for unused sessions will be refunded pro rata for any sessions they cannot use due to discontinuation.
Upon suspension or termination, all rights granted to the User under these Terms immediately cease. Users will lose access to the Service and future sessions. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution—will remain in effect.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MirrAi Chat LTD makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non‑infringement, or uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
MirrAi Chat LTD does not warrant that the Service will meet Users' requirements, achieve any specific outcomes, or produce accurate, reliable, complete, or timely results. Users acknowledge that the AI‑generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
While MirrAi Chat LTD strives to maintain the availability and security of the Service, it does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from bugs, errors, or viruses. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or due to technical issues.
The Service relies on third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Supabase). MirrAi Chat LTD does not warrant or guarantee the performance, reliability, or security of any third‑party service. Any failures, delays, or other issues arising from third‑party services are beyond MirrAi Chat LTD's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MirrAi Chat LTD and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, MirrAi Chat LTD's aggregate liability to a User for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by that User for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Each session's liability cap is separate and applies only to that session.
Users agree that MirrAi Chat LTD is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by Users based on the content or recommendations provided by the Service. Users assume full responsibility for the consequences of their decisions.
MirrAi Chat LTD shall not be liable for any issues arising from User's equipment, software, or internet connection, including device incompatibility, poor network connectivity, or email delivery failures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In particular, MirrAi Chat LTD does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in Section 11.1 shall deprive Users of any mandatory rights granted by the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the United States, you agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction; however, if such jurisdiction is found unenforceable, you may bring proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction in your home state or country.
If Users have any concerns or disputes with the Service or these Terms, they should first contact MirrAi Chat LTD at [email protected]. MirrAi Chat LTD will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes amicably through discussion.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Users and MirrAi Chat LTD agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users who are consumers residing in the European Union may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence. Users in the United States agree that, if the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales is found unenforceable, disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in their home state or country.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only. Users waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any alleged class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
At MirrAi Chat LTD's discretion, we may offer to resolve disputes through binding or non‑binding arbitration or another alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism. Any proposal for arbitration will be made on a case‑by‑case basis and only with the User's explicit consent following the emergence of the dispute.
MirrAi Chat LTD may modify these Terms of Service at any time by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. We may, at our discretion, notify Users of significant changes via the email address on file or by posting a notice on our website. All changes take effect immediately upon posting.
By continuing to access or use the Service after any changes become effective, Users agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If a User does not agree to the modified Terms, they must immediately stop using the Service and may request account deletion as described in Section 8.1.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the User and MirrAi Chat LTD with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
No failure or delay by MirrAi Chat LTD in exercising any right under these Terms will constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by MirrAi Chat LTD to be effective.
Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without MirrAi Chat LTD's prior written consent. MirrAi Chat LTD may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
